Rhea, William F., 1858-1931.
Rhea was Judge of the Washington County Court, 1880-1885; Virginia Congressman, 9th Congressional District,1898-1902. Walker, a University of Virginia alumnus was a Brigadier General in the Civil War; elected Lt.-Governor of Virginia in 1877; elected to Congress as a Republican in 1894 and 1896; lost in 1898 to Rhea.
