Dr. Helen Brenton Pryor (born July 31, 1897, Green Mountain Falls, Teller County, Colorado - died July 7, 1972, San Mateo County, California) was a pediatrician, writer and Protestant missionary. She was the daughter of Mary Celinda Foster Brenton and William Henry Brenton. She was the wife of Roy Jay Pryor.
