Farr, Minnie Mullenex.
John Phillips (1751-1846) was born in Beechman Twp., Dutchess Co., NY. He came to the Wyoming Valley, Luzerne Co., PA with his father Francis in 1765 and served as a soldier in the Revolutionary War. John was married three times: Mary Chamberlin (1745-1810), Lydia Tripp Harding (1762-1840), and Ballisheba Green.
