Concordia Neighborhood Association

The Concordia Neighborhood Association (CNA) is an Austin, Texas organization dedicated to programs and projects which will result in the preservation and betterment of the Concordia area. The boundaries of the CNA are Manor Road on the south, Airport Boulevard on the east and northeast, 45th Street on the northwest, Red River Street on the west. The Association was organized in the late 1970s in response to a massage parlor that opened in their area. The efforts to remove the massage parlor from the neighborhood led to the Austin massage parlor ordinance.
