The Eyton Family of Eyton, Shropshire
The Eyton Family of Eyton, Shropshire. Thomas Campbell Eyton, 1809-1880, a distinguished naturalist and author of works on oysters and on birds, married Elizabeth Francis, daughter of R.A.Slaney, who was a member of Parliament for Shrewsbury, 1826-1862.
