Smith, J. Allen (James Allen), 1860-1926
Variant namesJames Allen Smith (1860-1926) was a professor of political science at the University of Washington from 1892-1924 and served as a graduate school dean from 1911 to 1920. Prior to his work at University of Washington, he was a professor of economics and sociology at Marietta College, from 1895 to 1897.
