Society of Nieman Fellows
The Lucius W. Nieman Fellowships in Journalism were founded in 1937 by a bequest of Mrs. Agnes Wahl Nieman, in memory of her husband. The income of the Nieman Foundation is used to support fellowships which enable journalists to pursue a year of independent study at Harvard.
