New Mexico. Lieutenant Governor (1979-1982 : Mondragon)
Mondragon, a Democrat, was first elected Lieutenant Governor in 1970 to serve with Governor Bruce King. He was elected Lieutenant Governor with King again in 1978. He was formerly a State Representative from Bernalillo County.
