Farrell, Norman.
Norman Farrell was an United States (U.S.) Army noncommissioned officer (NCO) with the 27th Infantry Regiment in 1903 and served in the Philippines. Between 1903 and ca. 1912, he was promoted to second lieutenant and appeared in a photo of officers of the 15th Infantry Regiment during that time period.
