Webster, Frank Daniel, 1866-1932
Frank Daniel Webster (b. Sept. 11, 1866, Rolla, Mo.-d. Feb. 20, 1932), Brigadier General in the U.S. Army, graduated from West Point in 1889. He served in the Philippines for three tours of duty, and with the 8th Brigade, 4th Division, in the American Expeditionary Force. He retired in December 1918.
