Roberts, Milnor, 1877-1965
Variant namesA professor of mining and metallurgy, Milnor Roberts served a Dean of the College of Mining at the University of Washington, 1901-1947. During the first few decades of the twentieth century, he was engaged in several reconnaissance trips to the coal fields on Graham Island, British Columbia, the largest of the Queen Charlotte Islands.
