Henry Arthur Cooke
Henry Arthur Cooke was born in 1862. He was educated at Cambridge University. In 1907, he acted as commercial attach for the Diplomatic Service, later serving as consul-general at Odessa in 1919. Retiring in 1923, he died on 9 October 1946.
