Church of England (Serpentine-Jarrahdale, W.A.)
Jarrahdale commenced in 1872 with the granting of timber concessions. Jarrahdale Cemetery was also established in 1872. Serpentine Agricultural Area was declared in 1891. The Shire of Serpentine-Jarrahdale can be traced back to 1894. Church of England services were held in Western Australia from the colony's inception in 1829. The Church of England in Australia was established in 1962 and, in 1981, became the Anglican Church of Australia.
