Hunt, John Horatio Leigh, 1812-1846.
John Horatio Leigh Hunt, son of the poet and critic Leigh Hunt. He made a precarious living by doing hack work as a clerk and a journalist, and by writing begging letters to literary men (cf. Shelley and his Circle vol. V, p. 260).
