The Committee for Space Allocation oversaw room scheduling and surveying at the University of Minnesota. The committee worked in conjunction with the Office of Admission and Records and the Room Scheduling Office to ensure that classes and events were appropriately scheduled in classrooms, laboratories and seminar spaces around campus. In addition, the committee was responsible for assigning appropriate faculty and departmental offices in campus buildings.
