Griffin, C. D.
Griffin was the first superintendent of the Alabama Boys' Industrial School, located in Birmingham, Jefferson Co., Ala. For a time it was located in East Lake, Jefferson Co., Ala.
When Griffin was superintendent, the officers of the board of control of the school were Mrs. R.D. Johnston, president; Mrs. George B. Eager, vice-president; Mrs. T.G. Bush, treasurer; and Mrs. A.G. Nelson, secretary.
