Ballard, Eugene H., 1920-
Ballard served in the US Army Air Forces during World War II from 1942-1945. He was trained in both flight and mechanic schools and was assigned to be the chief gunner and engineer on a B-24 Bomber crew in Italy. He achieved the rank of staff sergeant.
