Jacob, Edgar.
Englishmen Edgar Jacob and his brother Augustus are the sons of Philip Jacob, Archdeacon of Winchester. Edgar Jacob became Bishop of Newcastle in 1896. Augustus, who was a Commander in the Royal Navy, moved to the United States in 1873.
