Bockman, Eddie 1920-2011.

Eddie Bockman played for the New York Yankees, 1946, Cleveland Indians, 1947, and the Pittsburgh Pirates, 1948-1949. He went on to be a player-manager in the Minor Leagues and then a scout for the Phillies from 1960 to 1991 and the Marlins from 1992 to 2002. Bockman was involved in the signing of 28 players who made it to the Major Leagues.
