Kinney, Edward M. (Edward Michael), 1866-1939.
Born in North Evans, N.Y., he began his railroad career in 1882 as a telegraph operator for the West Shore Railroad. At the time of the McKinley assassination, he was chief dispatcher at Buffalo for the Pennsylvania Railroad.
