Born in 1851 in Austin, Texas. Married Alston Duggan in 1868, and raised seven children: Malone, Julia Claudia Duggan Hart, Thomas Bowman, Rudolph Freeman, Auty O., Campbell Jackson, and Arthur Pope. Arthur Pope Duggan was active in the founding of Littlefield, Texas.
