Reizenstein family.
Charles Reizenstein and other family members came to the United States from Germany around 1848. By 1882, he had established a business named the Charles Reizenstein Company that sold glass and gifts, located on Federal Street in Allegheny City, now the Pittsburgh North Side. Through marriages of his descendants, the family grew to include the Schamberg, Silberstein, and Silverman families.
