Herbert William Studd (b. Dec. 26, 1870, Wiltshire, England-d. Aug. 8, 1947, London, England), Brigadier General in the British Army, was a Cambridge graduate who entered the Army in 1891. He served in South Africa and was wounded during World War I. He commanded the 180th Brigade, and was chief officer, British Section, Supreme War Council from 1917 to 1919. He retired in 1923.
