McEwen, Richard A.
Variant namesRichard Alden McEwen studied landscape architecture at Iowa State University and planned army camp sites during World War II. He was a city planner in St. Louis, Missouri; Santa Fe, New Mexico; and Richmond, California, before becoming planning director for Baton Rouge, Louisiana in 1953. He retired in 1980.
