O.G.H. Rasch, a New Orleans business executive, graduated from Soule Business College and Tulane University and was professor of accounting and mathematics at Holy Cross College in New Orleans, La., for one year. He joined Auto-Lec Stores, Inc., a chain of automotive supply stores in the South, in 1923, rising to become vice president. He also was a vice president of Interstate Electric Company of New Orleans, a wholesale distributor of electrical appliances. Rasch resigned these positions in 1944 to found United Distributors, Inc., a wholesale distributor of electrical appliances, gas ranges and heaters, housewares, and industrial supplies. He wrote numerous business articles, as well as "Men Wanted," a book on chain store operation, in 1939.
