Karp, Donald M.
Donald M. Karp served as chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Broad National Bank Bancorporation and its subsidiary Broad National Bank since 1985 respectively. He has been Vice Chairman of the Board of Independence Community Bank Corp., now Sovereign Bank, since 1999. Karp also served as Director of Broad National Bancorporation since 1981 and Broad National Bank since 1972. He retired in 2006.
