Kentucky. Dept. for Environmental Protection. Division of Water.
Inspection reports were completed at the water plant by the division's field office staff. These were files created by the Bureau of Sanitary Engineering under the State Board of Health and the Department of Health. The Division of Sanitary Engineering was eventually moved under the Department for Environmental Protection where its duties were assumed by the Division of Water.
