Kehe, Luvern W.
Luvern W. Kehe was born in 1909, attended Waverly (Iowa) public schools and graduated from the University of Iowa in civil engineering in 1931. Kehe owned and operated a number of Waverly construction and engineering firms. Kehe served two terms in the Iowa State House of Representatives from 1969-1972. During his second term he was chairman of the House Environment Preservation Committee.
