Steingut, Stanley, b.1920.
Speaker of the New York State Assembly. Steingut represented the 41st Assembly District in Kings County, N.Y. He was first elected to the Assembly in 1952 and was chosen minority leader in 1969. He retired from the Assembly in 1978.
