Richard, Oscar
Variant namesOscar G. Richard attended LSU in the late 1930s. He served in the Army Air Corps during World War II and was held as a prisoner of war in Germany after being shot down. He returned to Baton Rouge after the war where he became head of the LSU Office of Public Relations.
