Marsh, Claudia Haines
Variant namesClaudia Haines Marsh (b. Oak Park, Ill., Nov. 7, 1899-d. Washington, D.C., May 3, 2000), headed the Public Welfare Foundation in Washington, D.C., from 1953 to 1974. The Foundation was started by her second husband, Texas newspaper publisher Charles Edward Marsh, in the late 1940s.
