Elizabeth Howard (1823-1893) was an Mormon convert originally from Ireland. She later moved to Utah and served in various leadership positions in the Relief Society.

Elizabeth Anderson Howard was born on July 12, 1823 in Carlow, Carlow County, Ireland. She was the daughter of Robert Anderson and Lucretia Ward. She married William Howard on June 9, 1841. In 1851, she was introduced to The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. She came to Utah in 1853 and settled in Big Cottonwood. She was the first secretary of the LDS Church Salt Lake Relief Society organized in December 1877. She accompanied her husband on a mission to England in 1868. She was the mother of ten children. She served as a member of the General Board of the LDS Church Relief Society from 1892 until she passed away on March 12, 1893 in Grantsville, Tooele, Utah.

Katherine A. Howard Brockbank was born to William and Elizabeth Howard on April 25, 1843, in Belfast, Antrim, Ireland. She lived in Salt Lake City and Murray, Utah, and married Isaak Brockbank in 1860. She loved to sew dresses and quilts and often spent seven hours a day sewing, as well as cook. She died on December 27, 1928 in Salt Lake City.
