National Committee to Keep America Out of Foreign Wars.
This group was composed of U.S. House of Representatives members and former members. It was organized and led by Hamilton Fish, who was expelled from the Keep America Out of War Committee for advocating aggressive action against Mexican appropriation of oil properties owned by Americans. The Committee maintained offices in Washington, D.C. and New York, N.Y.
