Walden, Velva Magdalena Diede, 1915-
Velva Diede was born in 1915 near Antelope in Stark County, N.D. After teaching a number of years, she moved to Washington. In 1940 she married Clarence Walden, also a teacher. They moved to Gridley, Calif. in 1942 and in 1971 to Coos Bay, Oregon.
