Incorporated in 1903 under the laws of the state of Washington, the company purposed to construct and operate Spokane street railways, interurban connecting lines, and electric light and power plants in Spokane. The company operated 31 miles of street railway in Spokane and owned a one-third interest in the Spokane Terminal Company. In February 1908, all property and obligations were conveyed to the Spokane and Inland Empire Railroad Company, although the corporation was kept alive until the funded debt was retired. Its charter was allowed to lapse in 1935.
