McIlvaine, Caroline Margaret

McIlvaine was a staff member at the Newberry Library in Chicago, and later was a librarian at the Chicago Historical Society. She was particularly interested in a study of old Chicago streets and landmarks, and lectured and published newspaper articles on the subject in the years 1927-1933.
