Gray, Arthur.
Variant namesStratton Major Parish was formed in 1655 in New Kent County and later in King and Queen County when it split off in 1691. About 1674, Stratton Major Parish lost territory to St. Stephen's Parish, and in 1723 to Drysdale Parish.
