Scarborough (ship)
The H.M.S. Scarborough was a British Navy war ship that was in the Savannah, Georgia area during the onset of the American Revolutionary War (1775-1783). This ship was the means for which the last British Royal Governor of Georgia, Sir James Wright, used to escape from Savannah and the new revolutionary congress on 11 February 1776.
