Grist mill and elevator in Casey, Illinois owned by David Baughman (1820-1906) and his son Jesse Filmore Baughman (b. 1850), also known as Casey City Flouring Mills and Elevator.
Purchased from Rufus Neal in 1872, the mill was operated by the Baughman family until 1898 when it was sold. David Baughman was also a farmer, a merchant and for forty-one years, a postmaster at Oak Point, Clark County, Illinois.
