Rural Minnesota CEP, Inc.
Established in the late 1960s, the Rural Minnesota Concentrated Employment Program was centered in the Becker, Clay, Otter Tail and Wilkin counties area. Its function was to encourage rural job training, including summer employment for young people. The program received much of its funding from the United States Department of Labor's CETA program.
