Shevchenko, David I. 1891-1982.
Born in Russia, Father Schevchenko went to China in 1915 as an officer in the Russian Army. Ordained a priest in China in 1945, he later served in the Philippines and Japan. He served as a priest in Canada from 1957 until his death in the early 1980's.
