Major General who commanded the 1st Infantry Division (M) at Fort Riley, Kan. during 1973-1974. Transferred to DCSOPS FORSCOM at Fort McPherson and served there from 1974-1975. Became part of DCSOPS of USAEUR in Heidelberg, Germany from 1976-1978.
