Warden, R. Bruce (Robert Bruce), 1895-1958.
R. Bruce Warden entered Cornell in 1914, beginning in mechanical engineering and graduated in 1920 with a Bachelor of Architecture degree. From 1917 to 1919, he served in the Army as a 2nd Lieutenant in the Field Artillery, 121st Field Artillery, 32nd Division. In January 1918, he went to France and participated in the Marne offensive. He returned to the U.S. and was assigned to the 64th Field Artillery at Camp Kearney as an instructor.
