Morley, John C., 1904-1945.
Cleveland, Ohio lawyer who served with the 192nd Tank Battalion of the U.S. Army during World War II. His unit was captured by the Japanese when Bataan fell in 1942 and Morley was confined in various Japanese prison camps on the Philippine Islands until Nov. 1944 when the prisoners were shipped to Japan. Morley died on this voyage, along with three-fourths of his fellow prisoners.
