Armstrong, Charles Jacob.
Charles Jacob Armstrong served as a Sergeant in Captain Dodson's Company C of the 33rd Alabama. He was born in Butler County (Ala.) in 1836 and worked as a farmer until his enlistment in 1862. He was released from duty 3 April 1865.
