Edward Sagendorph Mason (1899-1992) was an economist. He earned his Harvard A.M. 1920 and Harvard Ph. D. in 1925. He joined the Harvard faculty in 1923, and from 1947 to 1958 served as Dean of the Graduate School of Public Administration (later re-named the John F. Kennedy School of Government).
