Terrell Blodgett, the Mike Hogg Professor in Urban Management in the L.B.J. School of Public Affairs at the University of Texas at Austin, conducted several management studies for the state and served as executive director of a task force. Blodgett prepared a management audit of the State Preservation Board and Office of the Architect of the Capitol in 1987-1988. He conducted a management study of the American Educational Complex College District, Killeen, Texas in 1989 with cooperation from the State Auditor's Office. In 1991 Governor Ann Richards requested Blodgett serve as executive director of the Governor's Task Force on Revenue.
