Workall Company, Inc. (1954-?).
The Workall Company, Inc., began as the Folsom-Nicholas Co., probably in 1952. The president and chairman of the Board, G.S. Nicholas, resigned 1952 Feb. 22, and 1954 Sept. 1 the name of the company became The Workall Company, Inc. In early 1955 the company was informally known as Folsom Work-All Batteries.
Hudson C. Miller, Jr., became president in 1954 or 1955, and E.R. Jones became Secretary-Treasurer at about the same time. The company was located in Cullman, Ala.
