Mangum, William Preston, II
Variant namesWilliam Preston Mangum, II (1958- ) is a freelance author based in Chapel Hill, N.C. He is a graduate of Randolph-Macon Academy, and has pursued several occupations, including working with horses in Montana, Wyoming, and Kentucky, as well as working in restaurants, hotels, and retail stores in various locations. He has also designed t-shirts and written numerous articles on Western lore and family history.
He is the son of William Goodson Mangum (1924-2013) and Ariana Holliday Dickson Mangum (1928-2017).
