Myers, Raymond M.
Raymond Merlin Myers received his bachelor’s and LL.B degrees from the University of Texas in 1915 and 1917. While a student, he served as president of the student body, as the student leader of the marching band, and was a member of Phi Beta Kappa. During World War I, Myers enrolled in the United States Army and was appointed a lieutenant, serving from 1917 through 1919.
